At FORTIFY NUTRITION AND COACHING, we prioritize longevity and are passionate about helping our clients achieve their individual health and fitness goals responsibly. We work closely with each client in a small, private setting to create customized programming tailored to their lifestyle and their goals. We understand that sticking with a fitness program is often the biggest hurdle for many people. We are patient, adaptable communicators who strive to build a welcoming environment where our clients can develop strength, conditioning, confidence, and, more importantly, the mindset to stay consistent and fortify themselves for their future.
Working out of a small, bespoke garage gym we prioritize the "one-on-one" in personal training. We provide the opportunity to train and connect with like minded people in a private setting, away from the crowds in a public facing gym. We prioritize training for longevity and with that focus specialize in individualized assessments, strength training, nutrition and conditioning programming. Additionally, we understand that our clients have busy personal and professional lives so we offer flexible, customized options including remote programming, specialized travel programming, menu and meal prep services.

As an Intensive care unit nurse I spend 12 hours a day on my feet in a physically demanding and stressful environment.
